I am extremely passionate about self-growth, reflection, and being open to new ideas. I love to hear new ideas, try new things, and brainstorm new ways to meet the needs of our school and organization.  Professional development for me includes book studies with colleagues, attending workshops and conferences, following influential people in leadership and education on Facebook and Twitter, subscribing to blogs and websites newsletters, and reading leadership and educational literature on my own as well.  Here are a few of my favorites below:
